Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at support@survivalaviation.com.  Make sure your your subject line reads "Return Item" and we will contact you to take care of your return and provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#).   No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before being returned.  NOTE: Refunds will be allowed up to 10 days after receipt of goods. Items must be in new comdition with original product box and papers.  An 10% restocking fee will be applied to all orders returned. 
Backorder Policy
All of our items listed on the web site are normally in stock.  However, in the rare event that an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email and let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item. 
Shipping Policies

Sales Tax Charge of 6.5% for orders placed within Ohio, 7.8% for California, 5.8% Washington State, and 6% for Texas.


All products are shipped via Federal Express Next Day Air, FedEx 2 Day Air or UPS Ground.  Please allow 5-10 business days after order is placed for product(s) to arrive using UPS Ground, 2 business days using FedEx Air 2 Day, and 1 business day for FedEx Next Day Air service.  We ship to the United States and Canada but require to be contacted in advance to ship to any other international destination.  We can be reached at support@survivalaviation.com or 1-800-656-7122.  Standard shipping charges will apply to all products shipped within the contiguous 48 states.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra.

All of our items are packaged very well and designed to handle the shipping process.  We are not responsible, however, for damage incurred during shipping.  (This is the responsibility of the shipping company.)   All ELTs and PLBs are shipped insured.  If you encounter shipping damage, please contact us at support@survivalaviation.com.  Make sure your subject line reads "Shipping Problem" and we will do everything we can to assist you with the claim process.
