Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at support@survivalaviation.com.  Make sure your your subject line reads "Returned Item" and we will contact you within 48 hours to take care of your return.  NOTE: Refunds will be allowed up to 7 days after receipt of goods.
Backorder Policy
All of our items listed on the web site are normally in stock.  However, in the rare event that an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email and let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item.
Shipping Policies

Sales Tax Charge of 6% for orders placed within Ohio, 7% for California, 5.8% Washington State, and 6% for Texas.


All products are shipped via FedEx 2 Day Air or UPS Ground.  Please allow 5-10 business days after order is placed for product(s) to arrive using UPS Ground or 2 business days using FedEx Air 2 Day.  We ship to the United States only.  Standard shipping charges will apply to all products shipped within the contiguous 48 states.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra.

All of our items are packaged very well and designed to handle the shipping process.  We are not responsible, however, for damage incurred during shipping.  (This is the responsibility of the shipping company.)   All ELTs and PLBs are shipped insured.  If you encounter shipping damage, please contact us at support@survivalaviation.com.  Make sure your subject line reads "Shipping Problem" and we will do everything we can to assist you with the claim process.
