Automatic Portable, Helicopter Emergency Locator Transmitter with Auxiliary Antenna. The KANNAD 406 AP-H has been specifically developed to be installed on board helicopter in a flat position (to gain space compared with usual installations at 45° downwards). When removed from its bracket and connected to the auxiliary antenna, the Kannad 406 AP-H becomes an autonomous survival beacon operaing on 3 frequencies. (121.5/243.0/406 MHz).

FEATURES:

Ultra small size and light weight ideal for any helicopter installation.
Optional Navigation Interface transmits GPS coordinates significantly shortening Search and Rescue response time.
Operates without aircraft power and incorporates an internal alarm/buzzer avoiding costly installation procedures.
Six year lithium manganese battery.
Rod (ANT300) or Blade (ANT650) ELT antennas sold separately.
